Flood Practice Partnership Program, Client Flood Risk Management

This national risk management broker, on behalf of its client – an international real estate private equity firm with properties in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)-designated high-risk flood zones-, engaged AmeriFlood Solutions, Inc. (AFSI) to facilitate flood risk management services for insured structures on two property locations.

AFSI worked with the broker to perform a complimentary flood risk evaluation (FRE) for the real estate private equity firm, which revealed that the properties in question were not at high risk of flooding during catastrophic rainstorms and were wrongly included in the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA). Upon approval from the firm and its broker, AFSI worked with FEMA, the federal regulatory agency, which administers the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), to remove the properties from the high-risk flood zone to a low-risk flood zone, where the properties should have been in the first place.

Engage AmeriFlood Solutions through the Flood Practice Partnership Program for an unparalleled level of flood servicing and a competitive edge in client acquisition, retention and referrals.
